Sorry to be filling up your inbox but now that the election is over…

A NUMBER OF MARKETS ARE BEGINNING MAJOR MOVES

Having heard just about every ag analyst in the country proclaim the bottom (again) in Corn and Soybeans during the past few months, which has influenced (again) farmers to hold their crops in hopes of higher prices, I’m going to say that a pricing disaster (again) is about to take place in both markets.

Today’s 20 cent lower close in Soybeans puts them just 9 cents away from making new contract lows.

According to every analyst there is…and by extension that listens to them…just about every farmer in the USA, THIS IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE HAPPENING…The market is “supposed to be rallying from here.” And NOT be making new lows…which is, I assure you, about to “inspire” an avalanche of farmer selling.

To repeat my often stated expectation: AS NEW LOWS OCCUR…AND THEN OCCUR AGAIN…AND AGAIN…MASSIVE, MASSIVE FARMER SELLING IS GOING TO BE COMING FROM EVERYWHERE, NON-STOP FOR THE NEXT 4-6 WEEKS…AND THERE IS NO TELLING HOW FAR DOWN WE MIGHT GO.

I RECOMMEND IMMMEDIATELY BUYING PUTS IN THIS MARKET…AND IN CORN AS WELL…NOBODY WANTS TO HEAR IT BUT THEY BOTH HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO FROM HERE.

And BE IN CORN AS WELL…

Believe me...Corn CAN trade UNDER $3.00...Would it stay there? No...It would almost certainly be VERY temporary. But it CAN get there…And the same goes for Soybeans and potentially trading under $8.00…As I’ve said before, this stuff does NOT have to make sense.

I urge you to NOT just watch this happen…or think, “Too low to get short.” This is a GO WITH IT SITUATION THAT IS AS OLD AS COMMODITY TRADING.

DO something with this. Call me.

Thanks,

Bill
