FIRST MOST BASIC RULE OF INVESTING?

BUY LOW. SELL HIGH.

The CROWD of people who are massively Short the 10 Year Notes (see below) are also the same people who are massively Long in Gold…And this headline from today DOES sum up the current investor attitude towards Gold…

Surefire Bet? I can’t think of any statement more dangerous than that in trading…Or in the words of one of the world’s most famous traders,” If it’s obvious, it’s obviously wrong.”

And as for Bonds and long term interest rates? Here’s the same chart I showed you a few days ago…When I see seemingly the whole damn Speculative Fund community TOTALLY SHORT THE NOTES, it indicates to me that there is “surefire” opinion there as well…

SELL this…

And I know that everything I predict does NOT come to pass…But from a totally cold, and unbiased, perspective…I think the view expressed on this 50 year chart has an extremely high probability of being correct…The FACT is, Gold spends MOST of its time NOT going up.

And I DO think, over the course of the next week or so,  t could just monstrously DESTROY all those “surefire” expectations…NO AMOUNT ON THE DOWNSIDE WOULD SURPRISE ME RIGHT NOW. Think about it…With ALL the hype that’s out there, wouldn’t you suppose that every potential buyer in Gold HAS ALREADY DONE SO…and now they’re just waiting for the profits to just roll in…And that, I believe, is just a CLASSIC, CLASSIC recipe for a gigantic sell off.

And plain and simple, BUY THIS…I’ll keep saying it...This is the BEST PAPER BUY ON THE ENTIRE PLANET TODAY.

And I’ll keep screaming it…SELL THIS RECORD HIGH MARKET NOW.

Take $6000-$7000 and own one option in each of these three markets…and bet on the next 3-4 months. If you want specifics, and possible profit-loss outcomes, give me a call.

Doesn’t mean I’ll be right but I can’t say it any louder…
