As I write, to start the week, Soybeans are down another 18 cents ($900 per futures contract) this morning…and Soybean Oil is down 1.20 cents ($720).

As I keep noting, I think all of the grains have completed classic tops…and Soybean Oil is at the top of my list of shorts, being, in my opinion, the most overvalued commodity on the board.

It does NOT have to do the same thing it did in 2008 (charts following), but during the past 4 months it has followed the course of a topping formation that I have seen 100’s of times, in any number of markets, and I do therefore think it has a STRONG chance of doing exactly that.

I CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND BUYING PUTS OR SHORTING FUTURES IN SOYBEAN OIL…RIGHT HERE…RIGHT NOW.

MANY tops go through almost exactly this sort of process before hitting the skids…

If you think this makes sense…If you think this is a good/great bet…Don’t just sit there and watch it go down…Give me a call.

Thanks,

Bill
