 It does NOT mean it will work…But…

This is absolutely my number one strongest opinion now:

SHORT THE CATTLE COMPLEX

As always, I might be dead wrong, and if I am, this idea will probably lose you money, but I think this two part trade has ENORMOUS potential…

I also think it is right on the cusp of busting wide open on the downside.

If you agree, I urge you to call me and get SOMETHING on. I really don’t think it gets any bigger than this…

 What does this do next? Higher, Sideways…or Lower? MY BET IS 150% NOT THE FIRST TWO…

You have undoubtedly seen all the Texas wildfire news…of dead/injured livestock and almost a million acres of potential grazing land burned up...and I cannot help but think that the fact that Cattle did NOTHING on the upside is indicative of ALL THE BUYERS HAVING ALREADY BOUGHT…THAT EVERYBODY WHO WOULD/COULD BE LONG ALREADY IS…And that IS typically a symptom of a market that is ready to fall apart.

Here are two options I’d recommend…immediately.

There are various ways to go about this…One is to buy the puts, and if the market goes back through the highs, get out and take a relatively small loss…And look to re-enter if it begins to fail again…

But my bottom line is: Be there now and STAY there if it is working…I DON’T THINK THERE IS ANY UPSIDE FOR THIS MARKET…It’s all just about managing the risk and being CERTAIN that you are there ANY time it starts to show ANY degree of weakness.

BIG, BIG trade I think…But you do have to put the money on the table.
