BUY COTTON

BUY COTTON

BUY COTTON

I continue to view the row crops as THE asset class to be buying right now…that a year from now, Corn, Cotton, Soybeans and Wheat…with all of them SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER…will be generating the same HOT headlines that we have lately seen in Chips, Crypto, AI, Stocks and Precious Metals. THESE FOUR MAJOR CROPS ARE ALL DROWNING IN NOTHING BUT SUPPOSEDLY “BEARISH FUNDAMENTALS.” I absolutely see it differently and think they are all ROARING BUYS.

Straight to it: I regard Cotton’s action the past few days as potentially having created a last gasp fake out on the downside…that reversed back up, quietly, but SHARPLY today.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND BUYING COTTON CALLS HERE…IN EITHER THE MAY OR JULY CONTRACTS…AND BASICALLY HOLDING THEM UNTIL THOSE CONTRACTS EXPIRE. Per historical norms, I LOOK FOR AT 20-30 CENTS ON THE UPSIDE BEFORE WE GET TO JULY.
