BUY SOYBEAN MEAL NOW
There are various types of trades that can be made in
futures. What follows here is a description, and recommendation, for one of
them.
As a trader, my basic mentality is to look for markets that
I think are on the cusp of making a MAJOR move…which will likely take place in
a relatively short period of time. Putting that together with my understanding
that the futures markets ARE inherently volatile (i.e. they DO frequently make
big fast moves), I am therefore particularly interested in markets that have
gone sideways to nowhere for a long time…as I also firmly believe that, “Large consolidations are often followed by big, fast
one directional moves.” Taking all that into account, the next check on my list
is to be aware of situations that meet these sideways criteria…AND then appear
to be attempting to BREAK OUT AND RUN…with the obvious next step being to JUST
GET ON AND GO WITH IT.
And that is precisely what I see, here and now, in
SOYBEAN MEAL…And it does not mean this will be a winner…If I am wrong, you will
assuredly lose money…But I DO THINK THIS HAS AN MONSTROUSLY BULLISH LOOK TO IT.
And in fact, this IS where I am now positioning on the
long side in the Soybean complex…not in the Soybeans themselves, and not in the
Soybean Oil…but simply in the August
Soybean Meal contract.
DO take the
time to observe how this market DOES move…over and over and over…

This is one call option I like here…Truth is, I also like,
and own, further out-of-the-money’s. History suggests that if it’s going, it’s
going at least $75-$100. Not for certain
by any means, but that IS what it usually does.

Meal was up $10 today…making its highest close so far
this year. I do NOT know what is going to happen here
but it sure LOOKS
LIKE IT IS LIFTING OFF…and in fact, looks very much like Cotton did a few
months ago.
I am leaving Friday
afternoon. If you want to do something with this, I urge you to PICK UP THE
PHONE AND CALL ME BEFORE THEN…As always, I might be dead wrong,
which, just as always, probably means losing money…But I WILL TAKE THIS “GO
WITH IT ON THE BREAKOUT” TRADE EVERY TIME I SEE IT, as from a probability and
risk vs reward standpoint, I honestly don’t think it gets any better than this.
This IS, I believe, BIG, BIG LEVERAGE.
Thanks,
Bill
