 Still Roaring Bearish

A few weeks ago, the Cattle market started the first THREE trading days of August with Feeder Cattle dropping about 20 cents ($10,000 per futures) and Live Cattle dropping about 10 cents ($4,000 per futures), and have since spent the last 1 ½ weeks retracing a slightly bit higher. I ABSOLUTELY VIEW THIS SMALLISH RALLY AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO ADD TO OR ENTER NEW SHORT POSITIONS IN BOTH CONTRACTS…and I currently view ANY down day as potentially beginning another stage of the an even bigger nosedive, so If you think you have missed this, think again…And BUY PUTS NOW. As I have stated before, when Cattle are moving, they generally don’t mess around…

And again, if you think you “have missed it,” just take a look at where both Cattle contract are from a big picture standpoint…and then note, that when you get down to it, NOTHING HAS REALLY HAPPENED YET…that even with the break we saw to start August, both Cash Feeders and Fats (Live Cattle) are still in the stratosphere…

 The LONG TERM CHARTS

As I never know which may move bigger, I recommend owning puts in both markets in tandem with each other…

I’d also say that I PERSONALLY SEE THIS AS A GRAND SLAM SORT OF TRADE…that truly does have the sort of potential that just does NOT come along very often…With that in mind, aside from the October contract, I also own puts in the September, which offers a LOT of extra leverage I think…AND…do know that just because do see this as giant opportunity, it does not mean I will be right, and if you follow me, and I am wrong, you can lose every dollar you have on the table.

It’s in your court…I can only show you what I see…but I can’t do it for you…Hope you guys who passed on Corn and Soybeans will do something with this one…ONE MORE TIME...IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO GET ON...

Thanks,

Bill
