 Still Short the Soybean Complex

Still Short Corn

Still Short Lean Hogs

Still Buying Cotton (next newsletter)

Sooner or later, the circumstances that produced any bull market come do back into balance…and raging bull markets then, eventually, pretty much ALL go back down.

In reality, when truly RAGING bull markets are over, they often have a tendency to "flame out," that is, go back down just as fast...and as they went up...And as strange as it might seem, they often go ALL THE WAY BACK DOWN.

Since early spring the bull market in Lumber prices has been everywhere in the news…but, Lumber, like countless super bull markets I have seen has been doing nothing but sinking, BIGTIME, since early May.

And that is pretty much what I believe is now happening in two other Super Bulls…two other markets that went relatively “straight to the moon”…Soybean Oil and Lean Hogs.

I CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND BEING SHORT SOYBEAN OIL AND LEAN HOGS…I think they have both completed their topping process and are now beginning their collapsing stage…similar to what I have noted on the Lumber chart above. This does NOT mean I will be right but this IS the read I currently have on these two markets and am positioning short with this in mind.

Here are the long term perspectives…

And my recommendations at current levels…

This contract closed down 3.32 cents today, or $1992 per futures contract…and I think it is just getting started…

And in other MAJOR developments…

And the same thing in Beans…which were also called “Slightly lower,” then came in 30 cents lower and went straight down as well…Closing down about 90 cents for the day…

And finally…

I think what is happening in Corn is ENORMOUSLY & IMMEDIATELY BULLISH FOR FEEDERS. I think this thing IS finally about to do what I have been looking for...I might be dead dead wrong but I AM looking for pretty much STRAIGHT UP from here...and yes, for 20-30 cents.

Give me a call guys…There is a LOT happening…I keep saying it: Don’t just sit there and watch.
